Ticket To Work Program With Social Security Administration

We are an Employment Network with the Ticket to Work Program. We offer free professional employment counseling services for individuals who are on disability receiving SSDI or SSI.  We want to get you hired, and to get you hired FAST.   We are your support and alley throughout the whole vocational process, we believe in your abilities, personality, and strengths.  We offer 2 employment programs catered to your employment needs.  Please read below to learn more about these 2 programs and directions on how to sign up.

SUPPORTIVE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

  • Designed for people who need regular job support including resume writing, application assistance, job interviewing help, job placement services, and post employment counseling.
  • People who do not feel comfortable with conducting job searches on the computer/internet by themselves.
  • People who want to meet via phone or in person regularly for vocational support.

SELF STARTER EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

  • Beneficiaries in this program will receive 20% of our ticket payments!  (When we get paid, you will receive 20% of our payments)
  • Beneficiaries will receive limited support which includes job interviewing practice, a professional resume (when needed), general phone support 1x per week, and post employment counseling after the beneficiary gets hired to ensure their success.  *
  • Individuals who sign up for this program will NOT get any assistance with job leads, submitting applications or resumes.   The Work Support Payments help the individual remain in the workforce once they land the job. The payments are given to the beneficiary in substitution for regular vocational assistance.
  • Beneficiary will also have access to different resources with up to date information on job hunting techniques, interviewing advice, job leads, and resume assistance from our website.

* These services are offered when the beneficiary requests them.

Please note, because these services are FREE of charge to you. We do expect something in return from you. After you obtain employment, it is your responsibility to mail or fax us copies of your check stubs 1x per month along with a payment request form from our website. This is vitally important because this is the ONLY WAY FOR US TO GET PAID for our services. Please note, if you sign up with our program, you are agreeing to this policy.
